how to delete saved online draft of itr 3 (i.e. resume filing).
can i file offline itr 3 if already online resume filing is there on portal.
please guide.

Quick Summary
You can file offline.
Else click new so that the existing draft may get deleted
Else click new so that the existing draft may get deleted
Delete command available online, also no need to delete Online Saved ITR if you want to file offline.
