when filled TDS schedule it shows error.

No bug this time, being filled and uploaded without any problem.
Check the data filling process.
It says amount in col.9 should not be greater than that of col.6, but it's of unclaimed TDS, therefore that col. is empty.
Have you filled any (year) in column 5? Remove that.
