ITR1 and New Regime - Need to mention 80C , 80D

From this year new regime is default. 

Now if person filing ITR 1 with new regime as it is less tax , still does it required to mention 80C or 80D or 80TTA just for reporting if person has invested in PPF, Health Insurance and Saving account interest is around 10000.
