Quick Summary
Filing an Income Tax Return (ITR) typically requires bank account details. If you don't have a bank account, you may need to provide dummy details or, as suggested by some users, the account details of a close relative like a father or brother. It's important to ensure the correct information is submitted to avoid issues with your tax filing.

No, it doesn't allow you to file ITR. you have to mention bank account details. if there is no refund just put your bank account details or else put dummy details.
No bank account details should be given its compulsory
Thanks a lot
