Itr- v question

Return of Income Tax for AY 2014-15 has been filed electronically and ITR – V has been generated. The questions in this regard are:

1. Return of Income tax has been filed by individual SELF. ITR-V has sentence which says – “I further declare that I am making this return in my capacity as _______ ___and I am also competent to make this return and verify it. What should be filled in blank space?

2.  Can two or more signed ITR-V be sent to IT department by post in one envelope?
