Return is uploaded for AY 16-17 which was belated return.
ITR V is not sent to CPC within 120 days.
I can i file another return with some chages as original return?

First check if you can e-verify the return already filed; probably you can if its not INVALIDATED.
No you can't file original return again at any cost. E-verify this or sent acknowledgement.

Send the ITR V to CPC. Generally such delays are regularized by CPC
If you failed to send ITR V within 120 days, it makes your retrun null & void, now file belated return u/s 139(4)

If you have not sent the ITRV then the Return gets INVALID. So as per My Knowledge You can File the Original Return again as the Returns forr AY 2016-17 can be filed upto 31st March 2018.
