ITR-U for FY 2022-23 and 115 BAC

Sir please be more specific... I have already gone through above link but not able to come to conclusion.

Sir my original question was that whether there exists any restrictions on continuing 115 BAC IN AY 2022-23 if ITR U is being filed. Please note that I have originally opted in for 115 BAC during AY 2021-22

While filing ITR U for A.Y 2022-23 an error appears that  "opting for new tax regime is not allowed for assessee filing under 139(8A) for the first time as the due date for opting in had been lapsed". This was my original question but due to strange reasons its no longer visible.
