No... Not possible to file ITR for the said AYs
Once you select AY-2021-22. It shows only modified return and 92C & filing ITR after condonation of delay under 119(2)(b)
Sec 119(2)(b) ,procedure is simple
ITR U live in the portal from today morning
Updated Return enabled for AY 20-21 & 21-22. Check news section on Income Tax portal.
