Itr submission error

Hi, 

I filed ITR for AY - 2017-18 on 30/05/17. the status of My ITR is "Successfully e-verified".

Later i received a mail from intimations @ cpc.gov.in with subject as "Communication u/s 143(1)(a) for PAN ATYxxxxx0A for the A.Y. 2017-18". 

So i tried filing ITR again on 31/07/17, while submitting i am getting this error -> "only one original itr can be filed u/s 139(1) pls change the section and try".

Please help me in filing the ITR.
