Dear experts,
My ITR for AY 2021-22 has been processed with demand due and intimation sent to me. But portal still showing my ITR status as 'Under Processing'.
If I call customer care, they are saying that ITR processed. It's not clear on why portal showing status as underprocessing.
1) If there is any demand due ,Does it show the ITR status as underprocessing ? Or is it showing wrong status in my case?.
2) if anyone faced similar issue, what did you do to correct status in the portal?.
3) I am not able to file rectification online due to the incorrect ITR status in portal. Is there any other options to file rectification?. please advise.
