i have received below SMS what is the meaning of SMS i need to worry about.
ITR for AY 2021-22 and PAN: bsdxxxxxxx has been processed at CPC. Intimation u/s 143(1) has been sent to your registered email ID. If not received check in SPAM folder.

I have checked from portal login my account Dashboard display ITR filed,ITR verified,ITR processing, ITR processed Eastmate demand NIL
Then it's done for AY-2021-22.No further action is required
It can be checked by logging into your pan id .Check for any demand notice.
If estimated demand is nil then need not login to e filing
