Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form for TDS deducted under Section 194H on commission income. It confirms that ITR 3 is the appropriate form, as ITR 4 is not suitable for commission earnings. The conversation also addresses how to declare expenses incurred when filing ITR 3, advising to disclose actual expenses rather than relying on presumptive income schemes.

Itr4 can't be used for commission income. ITR 3 would be appropriate.

Ok in that case how can I show expenses incurred. In 44ad we have option 6/8%. Here maximum how much I can show

You may disclose actual expenses

Thank you. I will file itr 3 under no account case as the Gross receipt is less than 250000 with profit margin 20%.
