Hello friends I want to know which ITR must be filed in case of Income derived from transactions of derivative done in fy 2021-22.

ITR 3 or ITR 4 depending upon nature of declaration.

Need to file ITR-3 If you don't want to declare income u/s 44AD other wise use ITR-4
