You can file ITR1 and show the amount on income from other source if you are eligible for refund you will get refund.

Or you can file ITR4 but you have to give many detail of your income and expenditure also you will not get 50000 standar deduction.
It's a professional income . File itr 3. itr 1 and 2 not suited.
Since Tds is deducted under section 194JB , it is covered under professional income .

You have to choose income from Business/ Profession.

You may file ITR-3 or ITR-4
Show it as professional income u/s 44ADA
ITR-1 has no relevance for professionals
But read the reply of earlier person, as he is saying correctly that ITR-1 can be filed by declaring such income under other sources.
194JB related income , is it right in declaring under other sources ?
Yes if amount is not that much and you are ready to declare your whole income for tax.
Which section of IT Act , says like that ?
Just a basic that what is not your regular business you can show it as your other source income.
If any income can't be classified under first four heads then only other sources come into picture.

If it is clear that professional income and it's very wrong to consider it under income from other sources
