I have Agriculture Income less than 2.25 Lacs however Can i file ITR ?

You can do a ITR2A, nothing will happen. Just follow online path and everify.

Do you have only agricultural income only or are there any other income also earned by you.
Also would like to state that if you have only agricultural income then there is no mandatory requirement for you to file the return. Th return would be Itr2A in that case.
After filing your return, the AO will assess your return based on the income filed
