get commission from bank for financed a vehicle .bank deducted TDs on commission. and also got salary from motor vehicle co.which itr I can file itr 1 or itr 3.

Is there any TDS deducted on commission ? If deducted then under which section ?? if TDS on commission is not under 192 then it's not your salary income and ITR 3 you will require to file. For commission income ITR 4 is not applicable.
