I submitted response to Confirm/Revise claim of refund after 30 days of initial email received from income tax department. What impact will it have on my refund now for AY 23-24 ?

If you have supporting documents and if you have confirmed that deductions are correct then ITR will be processed and you may have to upload the scanned copies if required
If you hv received a notice fir rectification then it's obligatory on the assesses part to filea revised return.
Just give a response.
