ITR processed and refund order issued ...on 17 sept but ...bank account in portal still showing in progress and not eligible for refund ..

1.validate the existing bank account
2. provide a new bank account detail and once the refund fails change the bank account and apply for a reissue

Subsequent validation may be possible only by depositing and withdrawal from the same account.
Few banks IFSC code is changed
So verify the IFSC code with the branch and revalidate the bank account

One must visit the branch for latest IFSC
