Quick Summary
If you've received your Income Tax Return (ITR) refund order for AY 22-23 but haven't received the funds in your bank account after a month, you might be wondering whether to raise a grievance. While the tax department may eventually issue the refund with interest, raising a grievance can potentially speed up the process. Before doing so, it's advisable to check your bank account validation, nominated account status, and ensure there are no pending worklists, e-proceedings, or demands on your account.

Even by brother got intimation 1 month before.....but no refund in bank....will have to Waite though 2 grivences raised....by the time check if your bank AC is validated and nominated.....no pending Worklist...no e proceedings....no demand....no refund reissue....keep checking
They can delay the refund. they will also give you interest.
if you want it sooner you must raise a grievance
