Itr processing status mismatch in cpc

When i login to the incometax efiling website. The status of the return is Showing ITR-Processed.

and NO demand No Refund.

But, i did not get any email for this.

When i call the CPC, They say that it is still under processing.

I am not understanding. When i tell them about the mismatch in the status. They say according

to the database they have. It is still under processing. This is for 2013-14.

Has anyone faced such an issue before. Should Incometax website and CPC should have the same status.
