ITR processing same status update

Yes, due to Diwali holidays, it has been delayed.

Secondly, in some specific cases, manual verification is required, which delays the processing.

I understand sir, but here the confusion is because of the status update. it is showing like 

1st November - Under processing

16th November - under processing

if the ITR is still under process they should not do the same status update after 15 days

It is being updated at some interval. Your ITR might be under manual verification; hence delay.

Otherwise our clients received refunds this week after 'Under processing' status for about 12 to 15 days.

So, wait for few more days, you will get refund very shortly.
