Refund claim(For TDS) not sanctioned (in the intimation order),in my processed ITR for A Y. 21-22, although my total income is obviously "Below" taxable limit. Raised grievance twice, but CPC closed the grievance, saying nothing is due to me. Raised "Service Request" also, for "Reprocessing" ITR, under appropriate tab. Still, CPC says, Nothing's due to me.
Will I get refund (TDS) money ??

Quick Summary
What is the amount of income as computed by cpc, any deduction of 80C, etc not allowed by cpc. If income computed by cpc is more then you will have to file for a rectification of the order, pointing out the mistakes in computation of income by cpc. Hope you will find the solution l.

My HUF total income is ₹89k., without any 80C deductions. TDS is about ₹6k.
My NRI son's income after 80C deductions (His LIC policy premium) is below ₹2.5 lk. But, as per rules, like previous years, His Bank has cut 30% TDS in his NRO bank deposits.
In both ITRs (HUF+my son's), CPC says, there's NO refund due. What should I do?
