1. Which ITR form is for Polical Party Person.
2. If PP is a volunteer and above than 2.5 lakh for aid or service the party tranfer to him.Can he need to file ITR or audit .
3. If a person wants to Contest election. Is he needed ITR?

2. As usual, no need of audit if clause 44 AB of IT act, not applicable.
3. Yes, provided he has aggregate income above BEL.
