How to file ITR of NRI for AY 2018-19
Assessee's nationality is Indian but his status in py 2017-18 is NRI.
Services provided outside India but amount received in bank account in India.
Is DTAA is to be considered here?

he has to pay tax in INDIA as the amount received in INDIA
and Check his residential status.
For NRI any income accrued or earned outside India is not taxable in India. No need to declare it in ITR.
