ITR NOT YET PROCESSED

HI ALL,

I have filed my client's ITR in sep-19 for ay 2019-20 and it was duly e verified..but till now the itr is not processed  . Neither intimation u/s 143(1) is generated nor the refund got credited and it is almost 6 months over by now.

Can anybody suggest me if i can raise a grievence request in protal or what else to be done.

What may be reason for this delay as its the first time to this client for the processing to get delatyed frm the ITRward.
