ITR not processed till Dec 18

one of the reason foe such a delay may be ITR copy not recieved by IT department of sended by post
hence first check whether ITR copy is recieved
this you can do either by
tracking it if u have receipt copy in Indian post site
or login to it dept there you can get to know the status whether it is received of not..

I applied for refund reissue in june which was rejected due to wrong bank a/c, now i want to reapply with correct bank a/c.... But its not accepting refund reissue application since till now its showing IN PROCESS..what to do to get refund?
