ITR not processed till date

I have filed my return on dated 04.09.2019 for FY 2018-19 and verified the same by DSC but still ITR not processed.

for FY 2017-18, my return has been processed early.

if CPC is taking so much time to process the return... Is there any possibility to come under scrutiny.

can we get any data from somewhere about no. of return processed till date by CPC.

please guide.
