Yes, it's extended to 30th November, 2020 from 30th September, 2020
As per Order u/s 119(2)(a) of the Income Tax Act 1961, issued on 30th September 2020, the due date to file Belated Return ( u/s 139(4) ) and Revised Return for the AY 2019-20 has been further extended to "30th November 2020."
