What exactly you are referring to ?
What type of mis-match -
Actually i have filed itr on 30/8/19
and paid the tax on 31/8/19
due to that an intimation is given then what i have to do for the same tax they demand that i have already paid
You can file revised return (despite receipt of intimation). And claim S A Tax paid by you.

You can use online rectification of return facility, add S A Tax details , create X M L and upload.

Go for whichever is convenient .
Thrre is an option of response to outstanding demand..
after logging into efiling portal.
you may response to that.
If there is no outstanding demand you may have to file a revised return considering that there is no change in taxable income declared by you or as raised by income tax authority.

For online rectification first i have to download itr 2
but in that itr 2 which section is to be selected
filing under section?
on or before due date or any other option
File revised return under 139(5) . Include SA Tax payment details.
What is deemed income u/s 115JC (3 of schedule AMT) as this blank has been already field while i filed itr2
exp 350000 in this but in the intimation from cpc it is shown 0
what i have to do?

There might be miscommunication in the Income Tax department . You  should ensure that you have attached all proofs evidencing payment thereof .

Sec 143(1) Notice is required to be replied within 30 days of serving of notice .So you can communicate within this period by way of reply on the Income tax site (E -FILING )
