Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether GST paid on online shopping can be claimed in your Income Tax Return (ITR). Generally, GST and Income Tax are governed by separate acts, and you cannot directly claim GST input tax credit in your ITR. However, if the GST payment relates to a business expense and you conduct an audit under Section 44AB, you may be able to claim it as a business expense in your Profit & Loss account.

GST  act  amd  Income  Tax  act  are  two  different  ACT , please do not Mix it up . You can not calim GST  Input Tax credit  in  Income Tax return ( No such  provision in  ITR )  . GST  retruns were filed as per  GST act . Income TAX retruns were filed as per  Income Tax act .

No you cannot claim
You, Do the Audit u/s 44AB, You can claim the amount as an expense in P&L Account, So it's in revenue nature, the expense incurred during the F.Y, It's related to business.

Then you can take it.
