Are ITR forms open ?
If so, what forms are opened?
Can I file cases now?

Yes all the ITR schema are available now, start filing..

You may start filing ITR-1 to ITR-4 now .

And remaining you may wait till audit is completed or you can start from July .

Few issues are there in the IT website

Start filing from 2nd week of July since there an issue even with ITR-1.

Go and check tax credit mismatch from services.
Even if the tds is there in 26AS still shows tax credit mismatch after filing ITR

But make sure that you enter Tds manually as per 26AS since prefilling is not happening properly
