There is no special form for filing income tax return for non-resident Indian
There is no specific form for Non resident. The applicability of ITR forms for non resident depends up on the sources of income of the taxpayer, the amount of the income earned and the category the taxpayer belongs to like individuals, HUF, company, etc.
Individual, only salary income
Non resident individual having salary income only can file his/her Return in "ITR 2".
