Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form is suitable for a proprietor running a medical or pharmaceutical store. Generally, ITR 3 is the recommended form. However, if your total turnover is under £1 crore and an audit isn't required, you may be able to file using ITR 4 under presumptive taxation to save time and potentially tax.

ITR 3.....................
ITR 3 should be filed

ITR 3.................

If you have only medical store income & total turnover during last financial year is below 1 crore then can file ITR in ITR 4 presumptive taxation to save tax and time.
ITR-4 is required if you are not required to get your books of accounts audited.
For non audit then ITR 4 otherwise ITR 3

Very very thanks to you all
