Quick Summary
If you own two houses, one of which is self-occupied and the other is vacant with no rental income, you cannot use the ITR-1 form. The ITR-1 form is only suitable for individuals with a single self-occupied house property. For your situation, you should file using the ITR-2 form, which allows for the declaration of multiple house properties, including vacant ones.

File ITR 2

But I dont have income from 2nd House property

Yes, you can declare two self occupied house properties in ITR 2.

While ITR 1 is not eligible for more than 1 house property.
