ITR form
our one clinet have business of. passnger transportation & commission form LIC india . on LIC commission TDS is not deducted , which ITR form is required . & under which section return is filled 44AD or 44AE?

File ITR4 under sec. 44AD ..
sir commission income taxable under which head?
Being smaller amount, can be declare under head 'IFOS'
bt sir 44ad is not aplicable for commission & brokerage income
Yes, that is the difference...... here it is declared under other income head, when no TDS deducted, ie. income lesser than 15K....... It is not his main source of income..
So many salaried employees earning such side income just file ITR1/2 based on same principle.
