WHICH ITR FROM IS APPLICABLE TO ME ?

DO I NEED TO FILL ITR 1 AND ADD FEE FROM PROFESSIONAL TAX AS OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME?

ifs any one have ITR 2 for Assessment year 2011-2012 auto formula in excel supply me please thank you

Nobody Has any idea about this .........????????

m bit surprised ....

as you have salary income as well as Professional incoem you need to file ITR-4 and not ITR-1.

for any doubt on which form applicable for which source of income please check the following link.

Hope cleared your doubt :)

if you are not claiming any business expense from your professional income and offering the whole receipt for incometax, then department would get happy, file ITR2 ( in ITR1 you can not show other income)

but if you have claimed certain expenses for rendering your professional services then you have to file ITR 4 only.

Hi,

I earn bulk of my income from a full-time job Salary and have a very nominal income (<10,000) from Professional Services Fees, for which the TDS @ 10% u/s194J has already been deducted. Do I also need to go for ITR-4?

Please suggest.

Many Thanks.....
