You can ITR-4 as presumtive income for digital Marketing

Hey, i have the same question. Pls guide the process as to which itr form, under what section and under what profession category.

1. The above service will be considered as a profession and it should be covered u/s 44AA.
2. ITR -4 can be filed by availing sec 44ADA since the income is below Rs. 50 lakhs.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.

Thanks for the reply, i only have one question, under what head digital marketing is covered in section 44AA

1. There is no head as such, but it is a profession and it will be covered u/s 44AA.
2. Sec 44AA read as "Every person carrying on legal, medical, engineering or architectural profession or the profession of accountancy or technical consultancy or interior decoration or any other profession as is notified by the Board in the Official Gazette shall keep and maintain such books of account and other documents as may enable the Assessing Officer to compute his total income in accordance with the provisions of this Act"
3. I am sure digital marketing is one of the profession notified in the Official Gazette since it is a growing and popular among the various category.
4. But for the purpose of doubt verify the same in ITR and make sure you have the relevant code for "Digital Marketing" profession.
Please correct me if the above interpretation has an alternative view.

Hey, how can i be 100% sure that digital marketing is covered under the list of professions. Please guide.
