ITR FOR CAR GIVEN TO COMPANY
i have a car and given it to company and company. and company make payment to me 1000000 per year . which itr can i file

i want to file itr 4 because he deduct TDS u/s 194c
Its not eligible business for sec. 44AD.
because this is travel agency
Agency business (or agents) cannot opt for sec. 44AD or 44ADA
agent receive commission so why did he deduct TDS u/s 194c ... this is wrong
No TDS is not wrong, but that does not attract sec, 44AD!!!
but sir he is not maintaining books of ACCOUNTS and receipts are more than 10 lakhs
