Dear Friends,
I filed my ITR for AY 2013-14 in July 2013 itself and ITRV was received by CPC in the same month. However,the status of my ITR still shows as "ITR V received" and it hasn't been processed yet. I have called up CPC several times but they always say that it's in process.. how long can it be in process? How can it take so long for ITR to get processed at CPC? It was ITR-2. Should I escalate it to anyone... is there any email id? I am really worried due to this delay.

Thanks. No, I don't have any refund expected. So, I would rather wait. But it's surprising to see their process getting delayed by so many months.

even i have faced problems like this for my clients. but i kept waiting and it finally got processed. i had nothing much to worry because there was no refund. if you also dont have any refund due then i will suggest you to wait. |  |
