in Surat there are some consultant who are filling ITR for A.Y. 2017-18 without any permission from department. and they file ITR in 1 day.
I want to know if any one know how they are filling ITR for A.Y. 2017-18 without obtaining any permission from department.
Is any one know then please inform me...

this is totally fraud committed by peoples on behalf of clients..... no one can file itr for a. y. 2017-18 without permission from ITD
even if they file, those returns will not be processed
they might be probably filing the returns mentioning the that notice was received u/s 142
Yes they will say notice received and enter invalid notice details so that filing will be allowed by website
