Itr filling issue

I have stop health insurance new policy to sale last 2 years but last year my renual commission is Rs. 8000/ = only .

We have join a salary job regularly in a company and received Rs.500000/= salary last year. FY.2018-19.

Can we file return in ITR 1 or 2 .

Or ITR 3 we have no business income we have now service person pl solved this issue ASAP. Thanks.
