ITR Filling fir FY2020-21
Can any one figure me out that can we File ITR for FY2020-21 Now because portal has not as such close down the Server!!

Deadline is over.You must take prior approval from ITO
You can file but it will be reverted as defective and invalid. so won't make much difference.
Under which section filing will be done after the end of FY ?
There is no theoretical section. Practically, portal is still open.
Once filed, CPC will revert the same as defective and invalid.
Will it be a valid return ?
No. It will be an invalid return.
Then what is the purpose of filing it ?

It's still difficult to understand you requirement of asking the same question again and continue this chain of communication unnecessarily.
A valid ITR can be file beyond AY if the approval is obtained from ITO
