while filling ITR of customers for AY 21-22 , at the time of final submit 3 options comes
1. ITR e-verify
2 e- verify later
3. file sent to CPC
however , no option work and portal says some error try later.
Is anyone facing same error. kindly suggest.

Try again after some time
ITR portal is not working properly since a week. Many features are not working as it is expected.
I will suggest you not to file now, wait for some days, portal can work properly then file it.
Am also facing some issues
Wait for some more time everything will be fine. some of querists asking for same problem.

Dear All,
New Income Tax Portal is not working properly. I presume the system needs further time to stabilize Thereafter, we will see whether the new one is more assesee friendly or not. .
