My bank transactions are very high up to Rs. 40 lacs during the FY 2018-19 in comparison of income which is below 2.5 lac
Please suggest where and how to show income, which ITR to file?

File ITR 3 with gross commission received as your turnover.

Since your turnover is below threshhold you need not get audited.

Yes, ITR 4 not applicable in this case. Only ITR3.
