Itr filed with wrong pan detail
[22:08, 06/04/2016] shivani bhardwaj: I have an issue plz suggest..assessee had made correction in his PAN chnged father' s name but did not convey to CA now IT return has been filed with old PAN info...now what is the solution?
ITR was filed late..can not revise...ITR V is to be send

If no refund due, then it's ok , as there will be no mismatch. The Department had notified that to file return as per name in PAN. But I don't think that will matter though.
Yes..there is refund....someone has suggested that...ITR V is not send so revise yr return and only revise ITR V send to department.....
AS PER Q1) Their is no problem with the PAN because the correction is made to only Father's name.
ITR V is mandatory to send to department to get your refund.
