No. Just e-verify it before 30.08.2023.

Section 234F is not applicable since e filing was done on time . You can do e verification now.
But last year intimations received with late fee for those e filing done in July last week and e verification done in the first week of June .

Itr filed on 31st July, option fir e verification is immediate.
E verify later option can be used. It's not immediate

Section 234(F) is not applicable in this case. You can E- verify at any time within one month the date of E- filing of your return or send the acknowledgement to the processing centre of IT wing.
Yes , you can still e verify the return before 30 August ,2023 or can send acknowledgement to CPC.
You will not receive any notice under section 143(1)
