Itr filed but not processed and refund not received fy 2017-18

Dear Experts,

I have filed 2 ITR one is form 1 sahaj and second is ITR 3 presumption of income of my clients on dated 07/07/2018 for FY 2017-18 before due date but still status showing E verified successfully. i dont know why still not processed as every every it processed same clients and same forms  within 2 months . before 2 months i filed Grievance to bengaluru online for not processed but no reply. Than filed Griviance and marked to AO but no responce. Please advice what should i do its 9 months left clients are waiting for refund.
