Itr file or not if we have gst no. as individual not company

dear sir,

I have gst no. my tournover was in f. y 20-21 =11 lakh profit 110000/- and f. y 21-22 tournover is 7 lakh and profit is 75000 only. I didn't file any income tax return from beginning to till my question , is it mandatory in my case if yes than what will be do for f. y. 20-21 . because income is less than threshold 250000/- i have an individual pan and gst no. pls tell
