Well, if someone has forgot the password required to login for the purpose of efiling and at the same time if he also doesnt have the mail ID given while registering for efiling, what option(s) does he have?

If you have filed the previous ITR online, then put the E-filing Acknowledgement No. and then try.

first go to login and enter user id means pan no. and then forgot paddworrd. then a tab will appear.
it demanda mainly acknowledgement no. and answer of security ques. if u remember the that, then u easily get the new password.
In this case, you can file return through E-return Intermediary. You can contact one of it at info @ taxorigin.com
click on forgot password then it will ask your last years acknowledgement no...your account will start as earlier
