Can we filed the bank account number and MICR code of other person while filing the ITR online, in case of refund?

MICR code is always same for different A/Cs of the same bank and same branch (You can confirm it from your check book)
So no question of using other's MICR code arises.
For claiming refund you must have to give your own A/C no.
we can easily trace MICR No, but its not possible to find the account no.
In case of refund cheque name and account no. is mention, if you give account no of other person, the same will not be deposited in your account or other person account. MICR will work when online deposit of refund will started.
Both account no: and MICR code should be given...
hi,
the Payment cheque includes both name and ac number, it both are not tally then bankers return the refund cheque. Some times the IT dept take action to attach the bank ac then the party who gives the number will be in trouble
